What this program is really about.
sHERO Discovery was created in the aftermath of the 2021 Atlanta spa shootings as an act of solidarity — a space where early-career women of color across every background could find each other, name what they carry, and step into their leadership. Cohorts of 16 meet biweekly on Tuesday evenings (6:30–7:45pm ET) on Zoom over roughly three months. Phase 1 is free; Phase 2 deepens the work for $200.

sHERO Discovery was created in the aftermath of the 2021 Atlanta spa shootings — a moment that demanded solidarity across communities. It is open to all women of color in the early chapters of their careers, not only AANHPI women, because the work of standing up for one another is the work of every woman of color together.
