Overview
What this program is really about.
Compassion Circles are virtual peer spaces where AANHPI women come to be witnessed — not coached, not optimized, just fully met. Born in 2021 with the support of NAAAP-Atlanta's Chopstix for Charity, the community now includes a National Circle and a newly formed Atlanta Circle, with plans to grow in more cities. Each circle meets monthly with a facilitator using a peer-mentoring format rooted in our heritage of mutual care.
Origin
Started in 2021 with support from NAAAP-Atlanta's Chopstix for Charity. We currently host a National Circle and an Atlanta Circle — and we're growing into more cities.
What you'll experience
A program that changes how you lead.
A safe space to discuss and share the issues AANHPI women carry
A peer-mentoring format rooted in our heritage of mutual care
A trained facilitator holding space — not coaching, not fixing
Programming shaped together each year around what the circle needs
