What this program is really about.
The Asian Pacific American Women's Leadership Institute (APAWLI) is CAPAW's signature program — a transformational journey where mid-career women step into their full leadership identity. Each cohort spends months together in an intensive virtual program, paired with a community impact project that translates learning into action. Fellows join a national network of more than 200 alumnae spanning corporate, nonprofit, public, and creative sectors.
